The Senior Client Engineer is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of client device solutions across the organization. This pivotal role requires advanced expertise in mobile device management (MDM) platforms, particularly JAMF and Intune, as well as a strong background in solution architecture and scripting. The Senior Client Engineer works collaboratively with technical teams and leadership, providing guidance, mentoring, and strategic insights to ensure robust, scalable, and secure client environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain MDM solutions, with a primary focus on JAMF and Intune, to ensure optimal device management and security.
  • Develop and implement client device architectures that align with organizational requirements and best practices.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain advanced scripts to automate device management tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and technical mentorship to engineering team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with leadership to shape team strategy, set priorities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of client engineering practices.
  • Manage multiple projects and workloads effectively, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Extensive hands-on experience with MDM solutions, especially JAMF and Intune.
  • Extensive knowledge of macOS, Windows and Mobile OS’s
  • Proven expertise in solution architecture for client environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding and mentoring technical teams.
  • Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and workloads efficiently.
  • Leadership qualities, including a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

The annual base pay for this position is: $138,400.00 - $207,600.00
