As a Senior Client Consultant, you become the strategic link between our clients' commercial ambitions and the multidisciplinary teams that bring them to life. Working closely with client stakeholders, strategists, architects, designers, developers, and project teams, you ensure that digital initiatives remain aligned with business priorities and continue to create measurable value long after implementation.
The role centres around understanding each client's business, building trusted relationships, and creating the clarity needed to navigate complex digital landscapes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you help shape strategic direction, facilitate meaningful conversations, and challenge assumptions when needed, always with the ambition of creating lasting business IMPACT.
Success in the role comes from building strong partnerships, understanding where the greatest value can be created, and ensuring that every engagement strengthens both the client's business and the long-term relationship with IMPACT.
More specifically, your main responsibilities would be
Own client relationships end-to-end, from kicking off new partnerships to nurturing existing ones across your portfolio.
Build and develop long-term strategic partnerships with a portfolio of B2B clients.
Understand clients' ambitions and translate business needs into clear priorities and value-creating initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor, facilitating strategic discussions and challenging assumptions when needed.
Drive structured status meetings, roadmap sessions, and evaluations that keep engagements healthy and create alignment across stakeholders.
Partner with the delivery team to ensure solutions are turned into visible, measurable business value.
Track client satisfaction (CSAT) and act decisively on feedback, proactively identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and strengthening long-term client success.
As Senior Client Consultant, you are a seasoned and solutionoriented client-facing consultant, who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and client relationships. Ideally, you draw experience from a digital agency or consulting environment, and bring passion about being a trusted advisor who bridges a client's commercial ambitions with the technology that delivers them.
From your professionalism and knowledge, you are structured, proactive, and just as comfortable in a project status meeting as in a C-level conversation. Building trusted partnerships comes naturally, and you are motivated by creating long-term value rather than simply delivering projects.
Combining commercial understanding with strategic curiosity, you enjoy navigating complexity, facilitating meaningful conversations, and helping clients make confident decisions that move their business forward.
Additionally, we imagine that you
Have 5+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting role within a digital agency, consultancy, or similar environment.
Have strong stakeholder management skills and confidently engage with everyone from project managers to C-level decision-makers.
Thrive when facilitating workshops, roadmap discussions, and strategic conversations.
Have a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
Communicate fluently in Danish and English.
Hold a relevant educational background within business, communication, IT, management, or a related field.
