MISSION
La maison PRADA recherche un Senior Client Advisor (H/F), qui agira en tant qu’Ambassadeur et partagera aux clients la philosophie et les valeurs de la Maison. Il assurera son rôle dans le but de maximiser les performances de vente par la création de relations fortes et durables avec les clients, développer la fidélité de ces derniers en leur faisant bénéficier d’une expérience unique en point de vente et en les guidant au sein de l’univers de la Maison. En tant que Senior Client Advisor, il est un élément moteur de l'équipe grâce à ses connaissances et sa passion pour le produit, ainsi que vous la Maison. Il est un support pour le Team Manager.
