Job Description

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta are seeking to recruit an Accountant The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of client accounting duties and be able to take the lead on all processes a client may require at any given stage in the year

Key Responsibilities:

• Client bookkeeping and daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and general ledger entries.
• Conduct month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for clients and internal use.
• Mentor and support junior members within the team

Requirements:

• Experience in client accounting is essential.
• Candidates should be fully qualified via ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a client accounting role
• Experience using Sage accounting software is a plus.
