We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineering Designer who brings strong technical civil design capabilities and a passion for elevating civil workflows across a wide range of markets. Beyond delivering high-quality project work, the successful candidate will play a key role in advancing our civil CAD standards, enhancing multidisciplinary collaboration, and improving how we deliver work companywide.
You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative engineering culture with opportunities to influence the future of our CAD strategy, mentor emerging designers, and make a lasting impact on civil design excellence.
About the Role
This position blends project-focused civil design with corporate-level civil CAD leadership opportunities You will contribute directly to multidiscipline engineering projects—from planning through construction—while also offering guidance on CAD standards, tools, training, and coordination across civil teams nationwide in collaboration with our Corporate CAD Task Force. Coffman’s Corporate CAD Task Force leads our CAD/BIM initiatives and helps elevate consistency, efficiency, and quality in deliverables.
