Project Engineer

What this job involves:

• Working closely with either the project manager or the senior project manager (or both),
• You’ll play a pivotal role in driving project success.
• You’ll take ownership of Civil, & Interior Construction , Bill verification , Quality Assurance, Planning & Control of a commercial / campus Project , and provide a boost to the major ones.
• Review the drawings, prepare the DPR and project checklists
• Making sure that all reporting, communication and working procedures are streamlined, and that every project has clear objectives in place.
• Your attendance at project meetings is necessary, and you’ll be expected to create project-related reports, analyses and reviews

• Experience in PMC preferred
• Experience in commercial building projects from sub structure, superstructure to completion
• Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders and see things from their perspective.

• Communicate and collaborate to achieve success.
• Thrive under pressure and deal effectively with tight deadlines and high expectations

Proven expertise in site management

An ideal candidate is a certified professional in a building-related discipline, with significant experiences in site supervision. Leadership skills above par

This role calls for a high level of competence to bring out the best that we has to offer. As the person in charge, you will need to demonstrate willingness and ability to improve existing competencies.

Likewise, are expected to exhibit a strong willingness to learn the ropes of the job.
