The role

This role can be tailored as a part-time or flexible position, designed for experienced engineers who want to continue contributing at a high level without the demands of a full-time schedule.

You will focus on delivering quality outcomes, sharing your expertise,
and supporting the team, where no two days are the same – blending technical challenge,
project leadership, client engagement and mentorship.

About you

You will have:

• RPEQ registration (or eligibility)
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (essential)
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering design and consultancy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and timelines
• Solid knowledge of Australian Standards, planning frameworks, and engineering codes
• Ability to mentor and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Must have Australian work rights
• Business development and client liaison experience (advantageous)
• Experience with Queensland based projects will be highly regarded
