WSP is seeking a full time Senior Civil Engineer for our Portland/Vancouver offices. This role is part of our civil engineering team and will support the delivery of upland civil engineering and site development work for a variety of port, waterfront, industrial, and transportation related infrastructure projects.
This role involves providing technical leadership and guidance for multi site/phase civil infrastructure projects. Tasks may include assisting with the research, design, concept development, planning, and construction of upland civil facilities such as roadways, drainage and stormwater systems, utilities, industrial sites, cargo yards, parking and access improvements, and public facing infrastructure. Responsibilities may also include preparing and substantiating reports and documentation regarding materials, installations, and construction specifications.
The engineer in this role will ensure that all responsibilities are delivered with a level of quality that meets or exceeds industry standards for design, safety, resilience, sustainability, and functionality Typical responsibilities include developing plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates; supporting design coordination across civil, structural, geotechnical, and environmental disciplines; and contributing to integrated solutions for complex upland civil development challenges.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $125,730 - $176,000
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
