Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for benchmarking the chassis of competitors in the European market, including functional benchmarking, performance benchmarking, and system design benchmarking;

• Responsible for researching competitors' chassis in the European market, including research on the design of various chassis systems, testing standards and requirements, and local market demands;

• Responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting chassis after-sales issues, identifying the root causes, and verifying the effectiveness of problem optimizations;

• Assist BYD China team in carrying out localization development of European components, including technical communication with suppliers and local testing and acceptance.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in automotive or mechanical engineering, familiar with automotive chassis, with more than 5 years of experience in automotive chassis design and development preferred;

• Understand the performance characteristics and configuration requirements of European chassis, experience in chassis performance driving evaluation preferred;

• Strong communication skills, clear logical thinking, especially in technical communication;

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
