Hybrid role: Senior change & transformation  consultant (systems-led)
Remote South Africa (Must be immediately available)
Fixed Term Contract Opportunity
Purpose of the role
This role supports the delivery of complex, systemsenabled change by combining deep change management and leadership experience with strong consultancy capability. The role operates at senior leadership level, shaping and driving adoption of largescale transformations, while remaining handson across multiple projects and workstreams.
What makes this role distinct
 It is not a pure OCM, comms, or training role; it blends change leadership, consultancy, and delivery.
 It requires credibility with senior leaders and the ability to roll sleeves up and execute.
 Success is measured by adoption, behaviour change, and business outcomes — not just activity delivered.


Requirements


Skills and experience profile
Essential
 Proven, handson experience delivering real change management and leadershipled change, ideally within large systems or digital transformations.
 Rounded consulting background, with experience operating credibly at senior leadership level.
 Strong understanding of how systems, process, behaviour, and culture intersect in transformation.
 Highly selfdirected: comfortable working autonomously, using judgement and initiative to drive progress.
 Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver across multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
Desirable
 Background in communications, learning, or training design, with the ability to translate complex change into accessible, practical content.
 Experience working within matrixed, global, or highly complex organisations.
 Familiarity with phased rollouts, large programmes, or portfoliobased change environments.
