Role: Senior Change Manager (Public sector) - Contract role

Consulting Seniority: Senior Consultant - Principal

Day rate: £300-£650 Outisde IR35

Project duration: 6-12 months, starting in March

Location: 3-5 days on-site in Dublin, Ireland

We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations throughout Ireland and the UK.

They’re looking for a Change Managers to support clients in the public sector. You'll design and deliver structured change strategies that enable smooth implementation of transformation initiatives, ensuring people, processes, and systems align to achieve defined business outcomes.

Tasks

• Lead the end-to-end change approach for transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption across impacted teams
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communications, keeping senior leaders aligned and driving buy-in
• Deliver change readiness, impact assessments, and adoption plans (including training and resistance management)

Requirements

• An independent consultant
• 5+ years’ experience in change management, ideally gained within a consulting environment
• Can work 3-5 days on site in Dublin, Ireland
