The Tanzania Country Office is transitioning from direct implementation to a partner-led operating model, repositioning SCI as a technical, convening, and systems-strengthening organisation supporting sustainable, locally led impact for children.
The Senior Change Manager will lead and coordinate the end-to-end transformation of the Country Office to a partner-led model, ensuring that this complex, high-risk, and high-visibility transition is delivered effectively, on time, and with strong stakeholder ownership.
The role will:
• Work directly with the Country Director and SLT to plan, sequence, and execute the transition roadmap
• Ensure staff, partners, donors, and government stakeholders are aligned and engaged
• Manage organisational change across structure, culture, capabilities, and ways of working
• Mitigate risks related to delivery continuity, reputation, staff transition, and partner capacity
• Embed sustainable change systems, not just short-term transition delivery

Save the Children
Save the Children is the world's leading independent organisation for children. We work in around 120 countries. Our vision is to live in a world in which every child attains the right to survival, protection, development and participation.
Last year Save the Children's programmes and campaigns reached more than 55 million children directly around the world, through our and our partners' work.
We work to inspire breakthroughs in the way the world treats children and to achieve immediate and lasting change in their lives. Across all of our work, we pursue several core values: accountability, ambition, collaboration, creativity and integrity.
