Job Description

We’re flexible! We’re happy to receive applications in English or German.

Your tasks:
As a Senior Change Manager Billing (f/m/d), you will play a key role in shaping and stabilizing billing operations while driving transformation initiatives across processes, systems, and data platforms. You will combine hands-on operational billing responsibilities with structured change management, ensuring continuity during system evolution and ongoing monthly closing cycles.
You will actively support day-to-day billing activities and monthly closing, while coordinating change initiatives across billing, IT, and data teams. In close collaboration with IT streams, you will represent billing requirements in modern cloud-based architectures, with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data infrastructure. You will monitor parallel operations, support system transitions, conduct validations, and ensure billing accuracy and performance throughout transformation phases.
You will document processes, analyze impacts of system and data changes, and help translate business requirements into technical solutions. Acting as a bridge between business and IT, you will help stabilize operations while enabling sustainable, future-oriented billing solutions. With openness to change and a strong interest in AI‑supported and data-driven process improvements, you will actively contribute to a successful transformation. After all, we value the exchange of ideas, being there for each other and encouraging continuous improvement — we call it: the exchange mindset!
