As a Senior Change Manager, you are a commercial consultant and the strategic lead for change on Beyond’s most complex technology and digital transformation programmes. You will own the end-to-end change approach—from scoping and strategy through to adoption and benefits realisation—acting as the primary change advisor to our enterprise clients.
At this level, you move beyond task execution to actively shape the commercial success of the practice. You will contribute to pre-sales, write Statements of Work, and identify upsell opportunities. Crucially, you will own the overarching training strategy for your projects, conducting advanced Training Needs Analyses and directing our internal Training Practice to execute the enablement. You will also pioneer adoption strategies for emerging technologies and elevate the entire team by mentoring Core and Junior Change Managers.
