Title:

Senior Change Management Specialist

KBR is seeking Change Management Specialists at both mid and senior levels to support governance, control, and change tracking across major capital programs.

This role is critical in ensuring project changes are managed accurately, consistently, and in line with established governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support project change control processes
• Maintain accurate change records covering scope, cost, and schedule
• Coordinate approvals and stage‑gate processes
• Support monthly reporting and change registers
• Collaborate across Cost, Schedule, and Project Management disciplines
• Maintain data integrity across project systems
• Identify opportunities to improve change workflows and reporting

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree‑qualified in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
• Change Management Specialist: 3–5+ years’ experience
• Senior Specialist: 8+ years’ experience
• Strong understanding of governance and approval workflows
• Experience with enterprise project systems (e.g. CAPS, Ellipse, Maximo)
• High attention to detail and strong reporting capability
