We are seeking an experienced senior change management professional to join our growing change management practice in Getty Digital. This role will serve as a senior member of the Change Management team. This individual will provide change management expertise to ongoing major projects and initiatives that are part of Getty’s Digital Roadmap. They will use their expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, training methods, and communication strategies to drive successful adoption. Additionally, they will consult with and educate staff across the organization on change management best practices and work to build staff capacity to perform change management. This is a three-year limited-term position.
Two major initiatives will anchor this Change Manager’s initial portfolio. The first is providing change management support for the Unified Visitor Experience project, which will include a Digital Signage Initiative and technology projects to improve the parking experience. The second is offering change management support for the Content and Collaboration in the Cloud (CCC) initiative, which is an enterprise effort to modernize how Getty staff produce, manage, and collaborate on digital content by consolidating tools and optimizing the use of Microsoft 365 platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
