As a senior change integration advisor, you contribute to change management for complex projects and initiatives involving multiple collaborators. You play a key role in promoting strategic projects that allow us to better serve our business members and clients as well as reach our full growth potential so we can be Canada’s fifth largest commercial lines property and casualty insurer by 2030! You’re adept at turning complex information into clear messages for teams navigating change. In addition to supporting sponsors and managers, you’re part of the high-performance agile and multidisciplinary landing squad that includes all the roles required to implement the changes.
