About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi

In the Senior Change Delivery Coordinator (senior project coordinator) role, you’ll oversee logistics, project finances, and progress monitoring across multiple initiatives. You’ll also play a key role in facilitating clear and timely communication between stakeholders, helping to keep delivery on track and aligned with business needs. Your ability to anticipate coordination needs and respond in a fast-paced, dynamic environment will be critical to your success. You will be a senior practitioner with the coordinator team.

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity within the Change Delivery team, based in Wellington.

About you | Mōu

  • Significant experience in project coordination, ideally within change or project delivery environments

  • Sound knowledge of project and agile delivery phases and change methodologies

  • Demonstrated experienced in financial tracking, budget tracking, and supporting review cycles

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tools for scheduling and reporting

  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across teams

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn

  • Leader and mentor of coordinator peers and practice standards.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $77,502 and $94,725 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
