About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
In the Senior Change Delivery Coordinator (senior project coordinator) role, you’ll oversee logistics, project finances, and progress monitoring across multiple initiatives. You’ll also play a key role in facilitating clear and timely communication between stakeholders, helping to keep delivery on track and aligned with business needs. Your ability to anticipate coordination needs and respond in a fast-paced, dynamic environment will be critical to your success. You will be a senior practitioner with the coordinator team.
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity within the Change Delivery team, based in Wellington.
About you | Mōu
Significant experience in project coordination, ideally within change or project delivery environments
Sound knowledge of project and agile delivery phases and change methodologies
Demonstrated experienced in financial tracking, budget tracking, and supporting review cycles
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tools for scheduling and reporting
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across teams
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
Leader and mentor of coordinator peers and practice standards.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $77,502 and $94,725 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
