Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Change Manager – ANZ to join our Enterprise Transformation Office (eTO). This role will facilitate change management and communications activities across multiple concurrent transformation initiatives within the ANZ business unit.

This is a 12 month fixed-term role, with the possibility to extend for an additional 12 months based on business requirements. At Blackmores we work flexibly across our two Sydney offices, based in Warriewood or Surry Hills.

What you’ll be doing:

This is a hands-on, executional change role, providing communications leadership (30%) to ensure employees understand, adopt and sustain new ways of working.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the execution of comprehensive change strategies and plans across multiple concurrent transformation projects within the ANZ business unit
  • Establish and manage the ANZ Change Network, including Super User and Champion models.
  • Integrate change milestones, readiness activities and adoption strategies into broader program and project plans.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver training needs analysis, training plans and enablement initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, senior leaders and project teams across ANZ.
  • Develop and implement ANZ communication strategies aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Manage communication events such as town halls, workshops, briefings and roadshows.
  • Drive strategies that support sustained behaviour change and user adoption across the transformation program.

About you:

You’re a hands-on change leader who thrives in complex transformation environments and is passionate about helping organisations successfully navigate change.

You will bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in change management roles
  • Experience working across multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and engagement skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to identify and manage change risks
  • The resilience and adaptability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Prosci Change Management Certification (preferred)
