Join the newly established Strategic Projects Office (SPO), responsible for driving priority strategic initiatives, enabling delivery excellence, and supporting organisational transformation across Hospitality & Racing NSW.
As a Senior Change Analyst, you'll help ensure change is successfully adopted across the organisation. Working closely with leaders, project teams and stakeholders, you will lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications and organisational readiness activities that support lasting business outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence how change is delivered across Hospitality & Racing, helping teams navigate new ways of working while contributing to meaningful organisational transformation.
You are a proactive and people-focused change professional who understands that successful change is about more than processes, it's about bringing people on the journey.
You thrive in complex environments, build strong stakeholder relationships, and can balance competing priorities while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes. You have a practical approach to identifying impacts, managing risks, and supporting business readiness to ensure changes are adopted successfully.
