Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for merchants to engage effectively with creators, reach a broader audience, garner customer interest, and generate revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to utilize promotional tools, including various platform products, in-person events, and online events to connect creators and audiences to merchants.
Manage merchant accounts to resolve issues between creators and merchants to ensure seamless operations as the merchants’ businesses grow.
Create and identify best practices, new resources, and program opportunities to foster a dynamic and adaptive environment for sustained success for the company platform’s merchants and creators.
Optimize creator performance by overseeing creator selection, assessment, and enhancement of performance.
Review and stay up to date on the latest market research on various retail and e-commerce sectors to develop improvements more effectively for the business.
Monitor the implementation of strategic promotional plans by measuring the performance of creators and merchants and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Mentor junior Category Managers and interns.
