Join our Social Mission team as a Senior Case Worker, where you’ll play a key role in leading day-to-day service delivery, supporting and developing a team of Case Workers, and ensuring people receive compassionate, recovery-oriented care that makes a real difference.
This is an opportunity to combine your case management expertise with your leadership capabilities to strengthen service delivery, build collaborative partnerships and contribute to improved outcomes for individuals and the community.
Reporting to the AOD Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of services while providing leadership, guidance and supervision to approximately three Case Workers.
You will help ensure our services reflect our Model of Care, fostering an environment where people are treated with dignity, supported in their recovery and empowered to participate in decisions about their care.
This is a full-time permanent role located in Fyshwick, ACT. Salary is in accordance with SCHADS Level 5.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
