The Resettlement/ R&P Senior Case Manager will provide oversight of the Pre and Post arrival (US Reception and Placement) case management staff. This position requires knowledge of case management and sponsorship development as it applies to Federal, and State funded social services programs. The incumbent is responsible for providing support to resettlement program volunteers.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
Experience: Minimum 4 years of previous work experience with refugee resettlement case management or other direct social services and excellent interviewing skills.
Other Skills:
Computer literacy, using word processing and database applications. Strong English writing skills. Spanish and/or Haitian Creole language fluency required.
The job will require reference checks, standard criminal background checks, and motor vehicle background checks.
