Key Responsibilities:
Plans and manages multiple Career Development Framework (CDF) projects in collaboration with the Compensation team, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), Business leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Creates, applies, and continuously improves a systematic process toidentify,sustain,andevolveessential skills,competencies,and expected levels ofproficiencyby jobfamily and career level.
Collaborates withinternal stakeholdersin HRtotranslate skills data, aligned tothe CDF andworkforce planning insights,into actionable guidance and resources for employees.
Collaborates with Human Resources (HR) and Internal Communications to create and execute communications and change readiness plans to build awareness, engagement, and adoption ofcareer management tools andresources atalllevels of the organization.
Provides Information Technology (IT), HR, and Employee Master Data team with information, data, and updates relevant to the CDF that are digitized and referenced in HR systems(Workday),careermanagementapplications(CareerHub),and processes.
Co-creates, launches, and sustains in collaboration with others in the Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE) a strategy to educate stakeholders aboutcareer management tools,best practiceresources,andlearningprogramstobuild onthe CDFfoundationandstrengthen capabilities aroundcareer conversations and development planning.
Partner with internal stakeholders toutilizethe CDF to promote the ‘Driving Your Career’ theme in development planningandto enhance the effectiveness of career conversations in collaboration with people leaders.
Support theintegration of the CDF into other Talent Management practices and processesto enablea holistic approachto careermanagement,employeedevelopment,and talentplanning.
Builds andmaintainscollaborative and productive working relationships throughout the HR community, Internal Communications, business leaders, and subject matter experts who share responsibility for careermanagement
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’sdegree isrequired Majors in Human Resources, Applied Training/Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or relatedfield ispreferred.
Four (4) years of relevant work experiencerequired Human Resources or Learning & Development is preferred.
Career Development/Organizational Development experience is a plus.
