Your New Role
The Senior Capability Consultant is responsible for the development and execution of learning initiatives that support an uplift in the priority capabilities of colleagues at the Fund. This role will scope, design, develop and implement learning solutions to meet business objectives and align with key priorities.
This role will partner with Capability Leads on uplifting priority skills across the Fund. This includes a primary focus on working with the Capability Lead, Technology & Data.
Key responsibilities include;
Due to the Fund’s international presence, there can be a requirement to work outside of normal business hours.
