    • Responsible for full 360 platform shoot management; working with and managing external crew, talent and maintaining appropriate associated documentation.
    • Maintaining relevant documentation and communicating clearly and precisely to ensure workflow is distributed and managed effectively within Stylist Studios teams.
    • Be responsible for the distribution of workload and tasks for all commercial partnerships. From kick-off and production through to delivery and PCA, communicate clearly so there is clear understanding of what is required by all teams.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales and Creative Strategy to assist with timings and other requests to aide conversion of pitches and drive revenue.
    • Champion the frameworks and structures around our existing processes. Look for efficiencies and innovation when needed and champion these new applied.
    • Foster deep and trusted relationships with your key internal stakeholders. You will leverage your trusted relationships to find the right solution for issues/obstacles that arise.
    • Focus on working efficiently and to maximum productivity, exploring and leading the adoption of tools that allow us to do this.
    • To ensure the production team adhere to the company’s values and behaviours and that these are considered in all interactions.
    • To represent the brand externally to consumers and commercial partners as directed.
    • To be agile in pivoting production team to changing business needs as instructed by the Executive Direction, Commercial & Operations.
