Tothis end, Michelin Lifestyle is recruiting atalentedSenior Campaign Managerto help drive innovative and impactful campaignsfor the B2PRO segments.
JOBPROFILE
Reporting to theHead ofB2PRO Acceleration Plan,youwillbe responsible fordefiningand managing end-to-end campaign strategies, from concept creation to execution, ensuring each action aligns with the brand’s goals and delivers upon the businessobjectives You will be working closely with teams from different departments, such asdata, product,sales, and creativeto create persuasive messaging and engaging materials that will appeal to the target audience.
MAINEXPECTED ACTIVITIES
Drive the definition, development and implementationofomni-channelcampaignstoenhance brand awareness,increaseprofessionals’engagement and revenue generation
Collaborate with the Marketing and Business team to define campaign goals, target audience, messaging
Leverageknowledge of thehospitalityindustry,analyticsand experimentation capabilities to build innovative communication strategies toincrease engagement
Liaise with multiplestakeholdersto ensure consistency and make sure that the campaigns are aligned with the Business Lineobjectives
Securethat best-in-class analytical techniques (datamining, segmentation, predictive modelling) are applied to continuously improve campaign strategy and results
Lead cross-functional team projects across a wide range of stakeholders, clearly aligning business and data needs to meet engagement requirements
Overseebudgeting and resource allocation forcampaign initiatives
KEY EXPERIENCES
A proventrack recordofsuccessfullymanagingCampaignandCustomer loyalty
Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders on a diverse range of taskstodeliver meaningful results on time and within budget
Experience in cross channel marketing campaigns: including direct mail, website,App, emailmarketingand social media
Experience in the hospitality industryis a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
Master’s degree in marketing digital, Communications,Businessor a related field.
Minimumof5years of experience in Campaign Management
Skills and competencies
Experience in campaign management and data analysis
Focus on enhancing personalization and omnichannel strategies
Ability to drivecampaignsimprovements and manage multiple projects
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
English: C1 levelrequired
French: C1 level required
Knowledge of theImaginotool for campaign management is a plus.
