The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Buyer to join our Business Unit Grid Integration in Milan.
How you'll make an impact:
Perform strategic sourcing work to manage risk and optimize the value/resilience of materials/services sourcing;
Establish supplier relationship management processes and continuous improvement goals/programs;
Negotiate contracts and coordinate supplier integration plans with internal clients;
Monitor market dynamics that impact materials/services availability and/or pricing;
Partner with internal clients to identify sourcing needs, develop buyer/market profiles, identify marketplace trends and define acceptable service levels.

Your background:
Degree in Engineering, Economics or related fields;
Fluent in Italian and English;
More than 5 years of experience in similar roles inside complex organizations;
Good knowledge of SAP is a plus;
Proactivity and excellent negotiation skills are required.
