Are you an experienced procurement professional who thrives on delivering results, building good supplier relationships, and supporting business operations? Do you want to manage sourcing activities that directly impact SKF’s operations, workplace environments and investment projects in Sweden? If so, this could be your next opportunity.
We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Senior Buyer Sweden for CAPEX and Facility Management. This important role combines strategic sourcing with practical procurement responsibility for Sweden. You will oversee complex sourcing initiatives, negotiate high-value agreements, improve supplier performance and create measurable business value across SKF.
CAPEX and Facility Management are critical categories for SKF’s operational performance, workplace environment, sustainability agenda, and investment projects. You will manage sourcing activities, manage supplier relationships, negotiate and implement contracts and ensure that business requirements are translated into competitive, compliant, and sustainable procurement solutions.
You are a proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented procurement professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You are comfortable challenging established ways of working, leading complex commercial discussions and taking ownership from strategy through implementation.
You build trust through clear communication, structure, and follow-through. You enjoy working in an environment where collaboration, commercial acumen, resilience and the ability to create tangible business values are critical for success. For the right candidate, exceptional strengths in one area may compensate for less experience in another.
At SKF, we are committed to creating a diverse environment and we know that a diverse workforce is essential to our continued growth. Therefore, we focus solely on your experience, skills and potential. Come as you are, be yourself. #weareSKF
