WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Shape Our Strategy: You define and implement seasonal and long-term omnichannel buying strategies for our Heavy Woven category.   

Create Inspiring Assortments:  You develop assortment strategies that perfectly balance consumer demand, market trends, brand identity, and financial goals.  

Collaborate with Design: You work closely with Design, discover product opportunities and actively shape development.  

Drive Vendor Success: You lead supplier negotiations to secure the best costs, margins, quality, and delivery terms. 

Optimize Performance: You analyze sales performance and market trends, adjust buying decisions in real time, and optimize inventory and product lifecycles.  

Mentor & Grow: You support junior buyers, share your expertise and help them grow professionally and personally.  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Your Educational Background: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.  

Your Strengths: You are strategic, business-minded, and passionate about fashion. You love understanding consumer needs, spotting opportunities, and making data-driven decisions.  

Your Profile: You bring 6–8 years of experience in buying, ideally in Heavy Woven or Fast Fashion. You are a skilled negotiator, highly organized, an excellent communicator in Spanish and proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP or Oracle, as well as English or German skills, is a plus.
