  • Developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors, including leading supplier meetings and quarterly business reviews

  • Supporting supplier onboarding, ongoing performance measurement and the management of non-conformances and corrective actions

  • Acting as a key procurement interface with project teams, attending project and operational meetings as required

  • Working closely with Operations, Commercial, Finance and Project Teams to align procurement activity with business needs, and managing and resolving invoice queries and discrepancies in a timely manner

  • Utilising procurement systems to raise purchase orders, manage data and produce accurate, timely procurement reports

  • Providing guidance and sharing procurement expertise with Buyers and Procurement Administrators on complex sourcing, negotiation and specification activity

  • Supporting the wider Procurement team and taking on other relevant tasks as directed by the Head of Procurement

WHAT IT TAKES
