This role is based in Garín, Argentina (hybrid).

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Provide procurement support for the LATAM market with a focus on Taste raw materials across Argentina, Chile, and Colombia

• Lead supplier evaluation and selection based on quality, service, cost, and operational capability

• Analyze business requirements and ensure reliable sourcing strategies to guarantee assurance of supply

• Participate in the development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with procurement frameworks

• Drive productivity, continuous improvement, and value delivery while meeting procurement objectives

• Identify and develop alternative suppliers through local market research and collaboration with global procurement teams

• Oversee supplier performance, contract implementation, and resolution of operational issues related to quality, service, safety, and supply

• Partner closely with demand planning to ensure agility and prevent plant disruptions due to material shortages

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within a manufacturing or FMCG environment

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into sourcing actions

• Experience managing supplier relationships and supporting contract execution

• Knowledge of procurement systems and reporting tools

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, including urgent and spot purchases, in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
