    • Translate business needs (commercial, market, supply) into sourcing decisions that optimize portfolio performance
    • Lead end‑to‑end procurement projects, including RFQs, negotiations, and contract execution
  • Financial ownership
    • Own financial performance of the portfolio, including annual budget planning, spend forecasting, and tracking variances vs PL/FC.

    • Support upstream initiatives and material optimization projects.
  • Risk, compliance and governance
    • Assess and mitigate supply risks, developing contingency plans where needed
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements (e.g., FDA, supplier qualifications)
    • Lead supplier selection processes using structured, data‑driven methodologies

The experience we're looking for

  • Strategic & commercial acumen: Proven ability to translate business priorities (commercial, market, and supply) into effective sourcing strategies and decisions that drive portfolio performance
  • Supplier & contract management: Strong experience managing strategic suppliers, leading complex negotiations, and developing high-value contracts within external manufacturing environments
  • Financial & analytical expertise: Deep understanding of cost structures, including BOMs and component-level analysis; strong capability in budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Technical & regulatory awareness: Familiarity with regulated environments and supplier qualifications, with the ability to navigate quality and compliance considerations in sourcing decisions (e.g. FDA requirements)
  • Project & stakeholder leadership: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments.
