Senior Business/Data Analyst (Data Lineage & Reporting)
Start Date: To be agreed
End Date: Approx. 2 years (up to 440 working days, with possible extension to 880 days)

We are looking for a Senior Business/Data Analyst to support enterprise data transformation initiatives by analysing business needs, documenting data flows, and improving data quality. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and IT to establish data lineage, automate reporting processes, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
• 
  Perform data lineage analysis and document data flows, transformations, and business rules.
• 
  Assess data quality and support data lifecycle management initiatives.
• 
  Collaborate with IT and data teams to validate technical solutions and oversee implementation.
• 
  Support the development of integrated reporting and dashboards using data from multiple sources.
• 
  Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• 
  Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIS2 standards.

Key Requirements:

• 
  Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven environments.
• 
  Experience with data lineage, data modelling, integrated reporting, ETL concepts, and SQL.
• 
  Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate); Azure experience is an advantage.
• 
  Familiarity with SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA environments.
• 
  Strong understanding of BPMN, change management, and data quality improvement.
• 
  Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• 
  Able to work on-site in Brussels at least 3 days per week (hybrid).
