Job Description

Role: Senior Business/Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

·Serve as the lead analyst in developing monitoring and observability layers across operational systems.

·Translate high-level requirements into KPIs and data pipelines, mapping data sources, systems, and processes.

·Work closely with technical teams to implement monitoring tools across various platforms.

·Engage with consortium stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business and technical layers.

·Lead and participate in remote and in-person workshops and working sessions.

·Design BI solutions such as dashboards and reports to monitor project metrics and performance.

·Ensure consistency between operational and analytical monitoring.

·Support the documentation, governance, and traceability of metrics, definitions, and data sources.

Requirements:

·Minimum of 10 years of experience in data and analytics, preferably in international or consortium-based projects.

·Proven ability to define KPIs and monitoring frameworks from complex requirements.

·Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

·Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud environments (e.g., Databricks, Azure).

·Understanding of observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Dynatrace).

·Knowledge of data architecture, system integration, and traceability.

·Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align business and technical teams and lead stakeholder engagements.

·Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and persistence in solving data challenges.

·Adaptability and ability to work across diverse environments and cultures.

·Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

·Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
