About the Role

The Transformation Analyst will be part of the Transformation Management Office, focused on driving transformation across the enterprise. This role requires a professional with hands-on experience in finance process redesign, forecasting model development, performancereportingand transformation The incumbent will work closely with Finance leadership and TMO colleagues tohelp transformexisting finance processes, design improvedworkflows, andsupport the implementation of scalable forecasting and planning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of transformation initiatives covering processes, systems, and reporting

  • Analyseexisting finance workflows (budgeting, forecasting, close processes, management reporting) toidentifyinefficiencies and improvement opportunities

  • Build and refine financial forecasting models, scenario analyses, and planning frameworks in collaboration with Financeand Businessteams

  • Prepare transformation progress reports, dashboards, and executive updates for finance workstreams

  • Track workstream milestones, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues proactively

  • Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Controllership, and other functions to drive cross-functional alignment on transformation priorities

  • Assistin building business cases and quantifying the value impact of transformation initiatives

  • Contribute to TMO governance, reporting cadences, and knowledge management

Required Qualifications

  • MBA (Finance) or CA / CMA / CFA; engineering undergraduate degree preferred

  • 2–6 years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, management consulting (finance practice), or corporate finance roles

  • Solid understanding of core finance processes: budgeting, forecasting, financial close, management reporting, and variance analysis

  • Hands-on experience building financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses in Excel or equivalent tools

  • Ability to map and redesign business processes; familiarity with process mapping tools or methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma basics)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights

  • Clear, concise communication skills — ability to prepare structured decks, memos, and progress reports for senior audiences

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple parallel workstreams

  • Proficiencyin Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)

  • Experience in value tracking — quantifying benefits realized from process changes and reporting against committed targets

  • Understanding of how finance transformation connects to broader enterprise P&L and working capital outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Big 4 consulting (finance transformation / advisory practice) or consulting firms

  • Exposure to finance transformation in technology, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors
