Join us as a Senior Business Transformation Analyst

Brown Brothers Harriman is recruiting a Senior Business Transformation Analyst within our Business Technology Solutions team. This role is accountable for shaping, leading, and delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives that directly support strategic business outcomes. The Senior Business Transformation Analyst operates as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership, translating business strategy into scalable, sustainable solutions.

The Senior Business Transformation Analyst independently leads large initiatives or multiple concurrent projects, owning solution design end‑to‑end and ensuring delivery in line with enterprise standards, architectural principles, and best practices.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Own end‑to‑end solution architecture for complex, enterprise‑scale initiatives spanning multiple business and technology domains
  • Define target‑state architectures that meet enterprise standards for security, resiliency, scalability, and performance
  • Lead technical discovery to define business and non‑functional requirements, system dependencies, and architectural constraints
  • Design integrated, scalable solutions using enterprise platforms, automation technologies, and modern toolsets
  • Provide hands‑on architectural leadership throughout the full solution delivery lifecycle (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Ensure high‑quality solutions through design reviews, architectural governance, and alignment with long‑term technology strategy
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, and service delivery teams to ensure build‑to‑run readiness
  • Lead UAT strategy, implementation planning, and transition to support to ensure stable and reliable production releases
  • Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation strategies across internal teams and external vendors
  • Mentor and develop solution architects, promoting strong architectural standards, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Services and 3+ years of experience in process automation
  • Deep understanding of Financial Services workflows and operating models, with a strong client‑advocacy mindset
  • Passion for transforming legacy processes through automation and emerging technologies including AI, robotics, data transformation, and visualization
  • Experience designing and delivering solutions in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, change‑driven environment and is comfortable operating with ambiguity
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
  • Creative, open‑minded, and collaborative approach to solving complex problems
