We offer a hybrid work schedule (one week in the office, one week of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Senior Business Technology Analyst (ServiceNow)

The Senior Business Technology Analyst partners with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM, Change Management, and CMDB. This role drives requirements, backlog execution, and platform adoption to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of ServiceNow ITSM, Change, and CMDB solutions
  • Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and functional designs
  • Configure and support ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, HRSD)
  • Own and manage product backlog, including prioritization and refinement
  • Conduct process analysis (as-is/to-be) and drive optimization opportunities
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions
  • Lead UAT, testing, and release readiness activities
  • Ensure SLA adherence and operational stability across incidents and requests
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and user guidance

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Change Management, and CMDB
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, user story development, and Agile delivery
  • Experience configuring Service Catalog, workflows, and reporting
  • Knowledge of data mapping, reporting, and analysis
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • SAFe® Scrum Master or Agile certification

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Bachelor

Preferred Discipline(s): Business Administration, Information Systems
