IT Business Systems Analyst / Senior IT Business Systems Analyst (SAP SD/CS)


Kitchener, ON, Canada – Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

The IT Business Systems Analyst / Senior IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) solutions that enable critical business operations. This role partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to implement system enhancements, resolve complex issues, improve business processes, and support SAP projects from design through deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support SAP SD/CS business processes through incident resolution, service requests, and system enhancements
  • Analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions aligned with operational needs
  • Lead or support SAP implementation projects, upgrades, and change requests
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex Level 3 support issues
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and cross-functional IT teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Participate in business process design, testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing
  • Support regression testing and system validation activities
  • Ensure compliance with governance, risk, compliance (GRC), validation, and regulatory requirements
  • Train business users and provide post-go-live support during hypercare activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through SAP best practices and new technologies
  • Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and continuous optimization initiatives

More about you:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field required
  • Experience supporting SAP SD and Customer Service (CS) modules
  • Experience participating in full SAP implementation lifecycles and enhancement projects
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
  • Strong understanding of SAP ERP, S/4HANA concepts, and business process design
  • Experience with system testing, data migration, and solution validation
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with Jira, SharePoint, Solution Manager, and Microsoft Office preferred
  • SAP certification, ITIL certification, Agile certification, or medical device industry experience is a plus

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between $91,200/yr - $114,000/yr. This role is also bonus eligible.
