Bain Capital's Corporate Technology team is seeking a qualified candidate to support enterprise platforms and drive adoption of emerging technologies across corporate technology functions. This role will report to the Director, Business Systems and partner broadly across Legal, Compliance, Tax and other firm functions supported by the Corporate Platforms organization.
The role entails engagement at various levels across technology initiatives from inception to implementation and support. Through in-depth knowledge of the business, this position will gather and document business and functional requirements, evaluate technology solutions, perform system and user acceptance testing, and effectively communicate complex technology concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
This role is critical to bringing innovation and structure to a rapidly evolving technology landscape, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements as the firm scales its adoption of AI and other emerging tools across corporate technology teams. This role will help platform teams optimize their workflows, analytics, and reporting. This role will work with cross firm platform teams to evaluate and implement off the shelf / custom internal build solutions that augment current state processes leveraging AI and other latest technologies.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong technical skillset and a proven track record as a Senior Systems Analyst, capable of operating independently, balancing innovation with risk management, and bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-moving initiatives. This individual will stay current on the evolving technology landscape including AI , proactively identify opportunities, advise stakeholders on best-fit solutions, and take a hands-on, forward-looking approach; partnering closely with the business to prototype solutions, pilot new capabilities, and build scalable tools that address key pain points.

Expected Annual Base Salary $115,000 - $150,000
Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.
