Reporting to the Project Director, Digital Project Implementation in the Business and Technology Transformation Branch, the Senior Business and Systems Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the Digital Screens project, Community Recreation Experience Transformation Program, and other relevant or related projects or programs by providing leadership in the planning, design, implementation, and support of these initiatives. This role leads complex business and systems analysis activities to support the rollout and sustainment of digital screens, content management platform AppSpace, and integrated technologies that feed into AppSpace.
From a broader perspective, this position informs, and works collaboratively with Parks and Recreation’s Capital Projects, Design and Delivery Branch, ensuring established standards for pylon signs, general audio visual and technology components of new community centres, and retrofitting existing centres through state-of-good repair projects.
The position works collaboratively with Technology Services Division, Strategic Communications, Customer Experience, Toronto Cyber Security, and other corporate partners to ensure solutions are secure, accessible, reliable, and aligned with City standards. The incumbent will also lead architecture governance processes, Divisional needs assessment and development of specifications, and vendor coordination to support the delivery of a Division-wide establishment of audio visual standards at Parks and Recreation locations.
