Job Description – Senior Business Systems Analyst
III

The
client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst III to support the
integration of legacy Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DTI)
applications with the client’s Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation. The role
focuses on ERP transformation initiatives involving financial management,
procurement, HR, project costing, and time/labour systems integration.

The
consultant will:

• 
  Analyze
  business and technical requirements
• 
  Create
  functional and technical specifications
• 
  Design and
  implement complex system integrations
• 
  Develop Oracle
  PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and functions
• 
  Work with
  Oracle Forms, Reports, XML integrations, and database schemas
• 
  Support ERP
  modernization and legacy application integration
• 
  Participate in
  Agile/team scrum activities
• 
  Collaborate
  with developers, DBAs, technical analysts, and business stakeholders
• 
  Produce
  technical documentation and architectural diagrams
• 
  Support
  testing and implementation activities

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• 
  15 years of
  overall IT experience
• 
  10 years of
  experience as a Programmer Analyst
• 
  7 years of
  experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• 
  3 years of
  experience with transformative ERP implementation projects in a Canadian
  public-sector environment involving complex legacy applications
• 
  Spoken and
  written English communication skills
• 
  Legally
  authorized to work in Canada

  5–7 years of
  experience analyzing business and technical requirements to identify
  information, procedures, decision flows, and reporting requirements
• 
  5–7 years of
  experience creating and consuming data models, entity relationship
  diagrams (ERDs), and solution architecture diagrams
• 
  5–7 years of
  experience with Oracle PL/SQL including creation, maintenance, and
  debugging of packages, procedures, and functions
• 
  5–7 years of
  experience interpreting and defining Oracle database table and field
  specifications for complex systems
• 
  5–7 years of
  experience reading and analyzing complex database schemas
• 
  5–7 years of
  experience analyzing, designing, and testing complex integrations between
  applications and data sources

  experience writing and consuming functional and technical specifications

  experience designing and developing XML-based data integrations between
  systems

  experience with .NET technologies including VB, C#, and MS Forms

  Oracle
  Associate or Professional Certification preferred
