Your New Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Capability, this role is responsible for supporting the continuous delivery roadmap for Oracle ERP/EPM through translation and delivery of business needs alongside vendors who configure our Enterprise Technology solution.

This role will challenge requests to deliver the best outcome as it contributes to the delivery of change within the Oracle Enterprise Platform to deliver strategic outcomes. The role will develop important relationships with the business stakeholders in Finance, IT Corporate Applications Support team and the outsourced service providers that manage the day-to-day operations and broader Fund systems.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting and translating the needs/requirements of the business in carrying out system change requests, conducting business analysis on systems and process improvements alongside management.
  • Supporting and rolling out end user training for new functionality as required.
  • Reviewing business incident tickets to establish thematics and determine the larger change required that may be system, process or people related.
  • Establishment and management of critical data fields in line with APRA CPS234 and 235.
  • Compliance and oversight across the system.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise to any projects or improvement areas as required across the platform.
  • Working collaboratively with our inhouse and outsourced vendor managers on system enhancements and upgrades to deliver efficiencies to the Fund
  • Assist the business teams to implement system change into their ways of working and transitioning to industry best practice.
  • Support the business on working with business intelligence software.

What You’ll Need  

  • Experience supporting or delivering change across Oracle ERP/EPM platforms
  • Strong business analysis skills, including translating business needs into system requirements
  • Proven ability to challenge requests and recommend best‑fit solutions
  • Experience working with vendors and outsourced service providers
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensuring strong data governance, security controls and system compliance across the platform
  • Experience supporting end‑user training and change adoption
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends from incidents and service tickets
  • Confidence supporting business users with reporting and business intelligence tools
