As a member of the Enterprise Data & Analytics team, the Senior Business Systems Analystplays a critical role in TriNet’s digital transformation by owning system integration, migration, and automation initiatives across enterprise platforms. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires strong ownership, adaptability, and the ability to drive complex integration migrations end-to-end. This role offers regular exposure to senior leadership through ownership of high-impact integration and automation initiatives, including executive-level updates, decision support, and cross-functional alignment.
Through this role, you’ll partner closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate AGILE delivery, and ensure successful production deployments. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst is responsible for understanding the current-state integration landscape and designing optimized, future-ready target-state solutions that support automation and hyperautomation at scale.
