Responsibilities:

• Gather, validate and document business requirements​
• Analyze current systems and identify areas for improvement
• Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts
• Create functional specifications for solutions​ and internal technical documentation
• Design APIs and interaction scenarios
• Help to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gather technical and non-technical information
• Outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements
• Improve and validate existing methods for generating product and project documentation
• Define tasks to developers and testers

Requirements:

• 3+ years of BA/SA experience
• Mathematical, analytical, creative and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in verbal and nonverbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective logical thinking skills
• Prioritisation, high focus, and self-motivation
• Explain ideas in simple and user-friendly language
• Good understanding of SDLC, PDLC
• Experience in using business analysis tools, knowledge of process modelling notations and visualizing the architecture, such as: BPMN, UML, C4, etс
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and formats
• Experience in creating data models
• Certifications (preferred)
• Good level of spoken and written English and Russian
