Time Type: Full Time

  • Monitor and manage quarantine stock to ensure it is blocked in the warehouse on time and not released for shipment.

  • Handle and coordinate follow-up actions for quarantine, damaged stock and returned stock

  • Maintain a good understanding of the damage catalogue and provide effective guidance to operations.

  • Manage the team to perform inventory storage movements accurately upon receiving customer requests.

  • Review all 8D reports and CAPA raised by the responsible functions to ensure all actions are implemented and properly closed in the quality system.

  • Manage and update all 8D and Internal Material Complaint (IMC) cases in the monthly report to the customer.

  • Report blocked and quarantine stock to the customer on a monthly basis.

  • Monitor compliance with internal WIs, customer requirements, and relevant regulations.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates and improve processes.

  • Support the onboarding and training of operations teams on quality standards and procedures
