WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will support 3 Senior Directors in Nike Direct Planning; delivering operational excellence across a broad scope, including but not limited to:
Own and manage complex calendars, expenses, and time prioritization to maximize Leader effectiveness
Manage and coordinate internal and external communications with clarity, discretion, and professionalism
Prepare, capture, and follow up on meeting notes, action items, and key decisions
Drive proactive and consistent communication flow between the Team Lead and Leadership Teams
Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment at all times
Be a visible and accessible presence on the floor—serving as a go-to contact for your Leader, team, and partners
Build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and geographies
Contribute to projects by identifying opportunities to simplify, improve, and elevate ways of working
Provide seamless support for meetings, travel, and key moments for the Team Lead and Leadership Team
Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for Global Visits, Leadership Team meetings, Market visits, team offsites, and events
Track and manage department budgets, including Purchase Orders and financial coordination
Maintain oversight of team travel, org charts, and FTO tracking
Coordinate and prepare presentations, leadership overviews, and weekly business updates
Partner on space planning initiatives and departmental moves, ensuring minimal disruption and strong execution
Provide back-up support across the admin community, including coverage for other Assistants when needed
At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant in an international environment
Fluent in English (written and verbal), Dutch is an advantage
Excellent MS Office skills
Must be able to work flexible hours
Must be able to travel for offsites and meetings
