Uraian Pekerjaan

• Support senior leaders in developing and evaluating mid- to long-term business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry trend analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
• Assist with product portfolio development by analyzing performance, pricing, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations for new initiatives and ongoing business improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Develop executive-level presentations, insights, and recommendations for management discussions.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business strategy, corporate planning, consulting, investment, or other analytical roles.
• Experience in consulting (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
• Comfortable working with data, financial analysis, and market research.
• Able to communicate insights clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a growth mindset; eager to learn and continuously expand perspective.
• Interest in leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance analysis and decision-making.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
