Job Summary

The Senior Business Specialist specializing in Business Process Modelling is responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The role involves identifying areas for improvement, implementing process changes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
2. Develop business process models and diagrams to visualize current and future state processes
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for process improvement initiatives
4. Implement process changes and monitor the impact on key performance indicators
5. Ensure that all business processes comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
6. Provide training and support to teams involved in executing optimized processes
7. Continuously monitor and evaluate process performance to drive further enhancements

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in business process modelling techniques and tools
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex processes and systems
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
4. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as six sigma or lean
5. Experience in project management and change management practices
6. Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Other Requirements

1.Business Process Management (BPM) certification is preferred but not mandatory
