IT Business Systems Analyst - SAP SD/CS Functional (ECC)

The IT Business Systems Analyst - SAP SD/CS Functional will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing SAP ECC Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) processes. The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring SAP solutions effectively support end-to-end order management, customer service, pricing, billing, and related business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into SAP SD/CS functional specifications.
• Conduct process assessments and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution reviews.

SAP SD Functional Support

• Configure and support:
• Customer Master Data
• Material Master Data
• Sales Orders
• Pricing & Conditions
• Delivery Processing
• Shipping & Transportation
• Billing & Invoicing
• Returns and Credit Management
• Resolve production issues and provide user support.

SAP CS Functional Support

• Support service management processes including:
• Service Orders
• Service Notifications
• Equipment Master
• Installed Base Management
• Warranty Processing
• Service Contracts
• Field Service Management integration (where applicable)
